When you un-rent booths, the EXPOCADEXP.dbf file is updated with the following:
■ COUNT_VAL field is equal to the last UNIQUEID field
■ ORIG_BOOTH field holds the booth number
■ BOOTH_SIZE is the total booth area
■ BOOTH_TYPE is deleted
■ EXHB_ID is deleted
■ EVENT_NAME is the name of the Event in EXPOCAD and the name of the EXPOSITION in iMIS
■ PROC_DESC displays Un-rent Booth
■ INSERT_DAT is the date and time that the booth was un-rented in EXPOCAD
